How will you ensure that I continue to receive sustainable passive income for my retirement needs especially when there are changes to the economic climate (eg. Rising interest rates, inflation, etc)? I do regular reviews with all my clients and I keep a close eye on the latest changes in the market. Whenever there are any economic changes in the market or when your needs change, I will help you do the necessary asset allocation, rebalancing and changes to your portfolio to ensure that you continue to receive a sustainable stream of passive income over the short and long term. This is part of the holistic planning I will do for you.

What are the risks in the products/plans introduced? Every investment comes with a certain level of risk. However, rest assured that every proposed plan will be catered to individual risk appetite as well as your financial goals.

Are capital or returns guaranteed? Depending on your needs and financial goals, we can work out a suitable strategy with a combination of different funds and products to invest in. Some may have guaranteed and/or non-guaranteed returns.

When is a good time to invest? There are always opportunities in the market, regardless of whether it’s a bull or bear market. It is always a good time to invest, as long as you can find the right opportunities during every market cycle.

What can I expect from our first meeting? Before our first meeting, my team will send you some content that can give you a better idea of what I have done for my existing clients. During our first meeting, I will ask you questions about your current needs, existing policies, as well as financial goals you would like to achieve, so I can strategise and customise a holistic well-rounded retirement plan for you.

What is the minimum requirement to invest with you? For our investment strategy to be effective, we will assess the amount that is suitable for you to invest, based on your cash flow and financial goals. It will usually be either a comfortable lump sum or an amount you can invest monthly (dollar-cost averaging).
